Single tickets for shows during the 2023-2024 Season go on sale July 1st. For the 2025-2026 season, single tickets for the BT Concert Series are available.
Do you offer student, senior, military or group discounts?
Yes, senior and military discounts offer $3 off regular tickets. Student tickets are $20 and require a valid ID. Groups of 10 or more receive a 15% discount. Student and group discounts must be purchased over the phone or in person.
How do I exchange my tickets?
Ticket exchanges are complimentary for Season Subscribers and Flex Pass holders. For non-subscribers, there may be a fee, and all exchanges must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds for exchanges to less expensive shows.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Subscribers have ticket insurance. Unused tickets after the performance date cannot be refunded.
