- Parking: National Trust members receive free car parking when booked in advance. Non-National Trust members are advised to book parking when buying tickets. Blue Badge parking is available and charged at £8.00 per car for non-members. Parking is limited and must be purchased in advance.
- Accessibility: The illuminated trail is approximately 1.5 Kilometers in length and is designed to be viewed from garden paths. Accessible toilets are available at the Hardwicke Gate entrance. Consideration will be made for transferring tickets to an alternative date if weather conditions make paths inaccessible for wheeled aids. Carer tickets are free when booked with a full-price ticket. Mobility scooters/wheelchairs are not provided but visitors can bring their own.
