- Parking: Free parking is available at Northern Essex Community College. Carpooling is highly encouraged. Parking attendants will direct participants. Note that exiting certain lots (Spurk, Faculty & Staff, Behrakis) may be restricted until 10:00 AM for runner safety.
- Accessibility: Wheelchair, handcycle, and duo team participants require written approval from the Race Director at least 21 days in advance. Strollers are permitted in the 5K only and must start at the back.
- Pets: No pets allowed on course.
