The package includes a minimum of 3 nights accommodation, festive buffet meals (including Christmas Eve dinner), a 100 PLN SPA voucher per room, a SPA gift, live music, Santa's visit, caroling, a movie screening, a DJ party, family activities, and one Aquapark entry per day.
What are the meal times?
Meals are served in two shifts. Breakfasts are from 7:30-9:00 AM or 10:00-11:30 AM. Dinners are from 4:00-5:30 PM or 6:30-8:00 PM. Christmas Eve dinner is from 4:00-6:00 PM or 7:00-9:00 PM. You will need to declare your preferred shift when booking.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available but is an additional charge and cannot be reserved in advance.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are accepted, but there may be additional fees.
What is the cancellation policy?
A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or do not show up.
