I paid but didn't receive my tickets. What should I do?

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Invoices for private individuals can be issued within 3 months of purchase. Invoices with a NIP number must be requested by the 15th of the following month. Only one invoice per order is possible.
Are there age restrictions for the event?
Attendees under 16 require adult supervision. Those aged 16-18 need written parental consent and a photo ID. Children under 3 may attend for free with a guardian but will not have a dedicated seat.
Do I need to print my ticket?
